The Grove at High Point Neighborhood

The Grove at High Point neighborhood is a covenant-controlled community that is located about 1/2 mile east of the intersection of 64th Avenue and Tower Road in the City of Aurora. The neighborhood is comprised of 658 single family homes constructed between 2007 and 2021. The home builders for this neighborhood were Richmond American Homes, Ryland Homes, Melody Homes and DR Horton.

The High Point Master Association (HOA) enforces the neighborhood's covenants and manages the operation of the community swimming pool. The District owns and maintains the 4.6-acre park and the surrounding open spaces, perimeter fencing/walls, monument signage and storm water detention ponds.

The neighborhood is only 9 miles from the Denver International Airport. In addition, the neighborhood is less than 2 miles from the E-470 Toll Road and less than 2 miles from a King Soopers grocery store, retail stores, restaurants and fast food options.

Colorado International Center Metropolitan District No. 3

Colorado International Center Metropolitan District No. 3 (the District) is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's boundaries wholly encompass the High Point at DIA subdivision and the District's board of directors are elected solely by Colorado registered voters living and/or owning property within the the Grove neighborhood. Beginning in 2021, the District separated itself financially and operationally from the Aurora High Point at DIA Metropolitan District (controlled by the land developer) and assumed the responsibilities of maintaining (1) the park and 23.2 acres of open spaces across the neighborhood, (2) four storm water detention ponds, (3) fencing and walls around the perimeter of the neighborhood and (4) monument signs at the entrances to the subdivision. The District also collects property taxes to repay the debt that was issued by the District in past years to finance the roads, utility lines and other public infrastructure within the neighborhood.
